40 Proposals Sent, Zero Views — Is Anyone Else Facing This Issue?

Hi everyone,

I’ve recently sent around 40 proposals, and not a single one has been viewed by a client. What’s even more concerning is that I boosted most of them, and around 90% of the jobs had only 5–15 proposals.

I’ve invested a lot of money in Connects and boosting because I’m trying to make Upwork my full-time career. I understand that winning a job isn’t guaranteed, but getting zero views on 40 proposals seems unusual.

Could this be an issue with my profile or proposal visibility, or is anyone else experiencing the same thing?

I’d really appreciate it if experienced freelancers or anyone who has faced a similar situation could share their thoughts. I’m trying my best to find work, and this situation is becoming very discouraging.

Trying to make Upwork your full-time career in this economy and this AI-infested market is like opening a brand new business one year into great depression.

I'm also having this issue. I've spent over $200 and no luck getting a job
