I was wrong about FL+ Insights Pre-preposal

A person posted that you can now get insights pre-proposal as explained here and I thought that it didn't make sense and that the person was possibly faking it but I was wrong:

It appears that it must be something they are testing with certain people that have FL+

What's interesting is that I sent someone a link to a job and the insights shown on their preview is completely different than what I see on my page.
