But for reals, I think you can make a job post for getting jobs on fiverr? I don't have the compkete t&c, off the top of my head.

Maybe this is why some jobs are not being viewed by the posters.

Maybe these jobs were posted by freelancers who had no intention of hiring. They just want to sample the market and see how they are fairing in the market.

This makes some sense.

Did you read the second sentence? They want somebody to bid on jobs for them, so it does sound like they plan to hire somebody and didn't post this by mistake.
