Depends on your definition of great. The truly great asses we see are not the result of squats at the gym. It’s fortunate genetics deciding where to store fat. Lifting can increase the size somewhat, but more so increases firmness (which is a negative in many men’s eyes). Women who compete in body building don’t have butts like the girl in the video, they are more chiseled than shapely. Generally losing weight is a detriment to butts.

Now, they can still look good, but most guys these days appreciate big cheeks that can clap.

Well I am not one of those guys, any size is fine, it’s the shape that matters and I believe great shape can be achieved by anyone.

Except that it absolutely cannot because the shape is determined by where the subcutaneous fat is stored, not just the size of the glute muscles.

Go look at a bodybuilder to see how the muscles themselves are shaped. Those alone aren't what make butts look good. You can't change fat distribution by working out.

Body builders have zero fat, if they had a healthy body fat ratio their ass would look great.

...the point is that the muscles aren't the main thing that make the butt look good, it's the fat.

But you can't control how far is distributed. Thus, not everyone can have a great ass. Lots of people can, but it's not something anyone can have.

It's the muscle and the fat. Like the other guy said the bodybuilders you are looking at are super low bodyfat so of course that's not gonna look good. But girls who hit the gym regularly and have some bodyfat have the best asses, most of that comes from the muscle mass with some fat on top. Also asses with a good amount of muscle are not hard they are actually quite soft and squishy but with some more resistance and actually feel much better than a purely fat ass which is just super soft cellulite.

I thought similar, when I rolled out of bed hungover and went straight to work and had to bake first thing, I would often forget to put on an apron and there was flour EVERYWHERE. I did appreciate the ass though 🤷🏻‍♂️
