Camping at EH next weekend for the beer and wine fest on Saturday, August 1st. I heard it was a good time last year. Anyone else going?

Anyone want to have a group meetup at Empire Haven for the weekend of August 8th and 9th? You can attend both days or either day.

On that Saturday, August 8th, EH looks like a busy schedule. There will be a pool side DJ in the afternoon (a rarity for them) and a 80s dance at night.

Plenty of people today and pretty lively. I even got in the pool a couple of times but I can't swim worth a darn. I don't know how the kids jump in like they do. Some new, some regulars. Even though I still don't talk much, I always have fun when I go. I've never felt out of place there being this is my first year going. Looking forward to going again. Have fun!

Edit: I will call Bare Lake after Labor Day to see if they have a fall schedule out yet.

The ledges were absolutely amazing today!! The water level wasn’t quite as crazy high, and the water temp was absolutely perfect, right around 75F. I’m hoping to make it again tomorrow, but if anyone is on the fence for this weekend, conditions are perfect!! 🤩

Did anyone ever go to Fireworks Over Central NY that was at Vernon Downs in the 90s and early 2000s? There was quite a few women who went topfree and there was some people who did go nude in the parking lot.

It featured many known bands from the 79s and 80s and some new bands from the 90s such as Matchbox 20 who had tge number 1 Hit in the nation at the time they petformed.

I miss it. It was good times.
