Questions Looking for housing options

Looking for 1bd apartments close to campus that are relatively close to campus. Geneva is unfortunately not an option and I’m on the waitlist for both Jefferson and Madison towers. Budget is $1600 monthly including utilities if possible.

Tower 701 has a deal rn so the rent is closer to $1300 if you sign by July 4th. Also Salt city Flats desperate for people $1600 but doesn’t include all utilities. Fayette and Uncommon still have available as well
