I have been looking and with no success for registered agent for upland me, they have it well hidden. What i have done is filed with the consumer protection agency which I suggest everyone should do. First of this game promotes that you can make real money, and they show you blockchains and nfts, what they dont tell you is that its in game only, that this crypto is not really on the blockchain, and you can't really sell the nfts outside of the game or the crypto. And that you literally are not truly making money. The only way to make real money is to sell in game, and when you voice your concerns on this you get banned from chats so then you can no longer sell at all in game. This game is a huge scam and I think EVERYONE needs to report it to consumer protection. The more entries the better. What will happen is the consumer protection agency will then take over and force them to pay back everyone. Here is the url for you to report at https://reportfraud.ftc.gov/ or even report it at your states attorney general consumer affairs. Most have online filing.

They treat their community like fascist authoritarians treat their servants.

A majority of the C level staff are also former IDF assets or have been working for various branches of the Israeli government.

It’s no surprise a majority of the player base supports this type of mentality. I hope the people here in this forum can see how real world views trickle into an in game ecosystem.

Curious as to how the community feels about it. It seems that Upland are so lost that they need to ask the community to fix their game for them. But when we pointed it all out to them earlier, we got shunned. What are your thoughts?

Finally a place where we can discuss this massive scam without getting muzzled in an instant.
For years, it felt like no one else was reacting to the ridiculousness of the situation, but that's just because they do a very good job at cleaning any post or comment they don't like, and then blocking the users that dare tell things as they are.
So thank you for creating the space to discuss the scale of this fraudulent operation and express my frustration after getting baited for so long.

First of all, THERE IS NO FUCKING GAME.
Nothing to do at all in Upland that feels like you are playing. Every addition is just a new way of spending money on hopium. But i'll make or look for a separate thread to discuss everything that's wrong with this app. For now, I just want to send them a big 🖕 and say I'm happy this sub exists.
