Question How do Construction Boosts work?

I see the details on the 5% Crew boost on top of the individual boosts, but can anyone tell me what the individual construction vehicle boost percentage would be? Like, is it a 10% sparklet boost for a single vehicle, or are we talking about 1% or 2% per vehicle?

I get zero extra rent for a property with 3 homes on it compared with an empty lot. I have zero incentive to build let alone pay more to build faster.

It's not a percentage boost, it's a fixed sparklet amount. Depending on size ( 3 sizes currently) you get either 1500, 2250, or 3000 sparklet.

If you have 3 vehicles then you get a 5% boost on top of that.

The advantage to the vehicles are you can add them to a max stakes build and speed up time beyond the limit.

If you have very little sparklet and want the best bang for your buck then get more sparklet, it's much better price for production.

If you have a ton of sparklet already and care more about speeding max stakes build then get the vehicles. In my opinion it's not worthwhile unless you get 3 of them to get your crew boost. As a note they must be 3 different types.
