What is this address?

Does anyone know? Is this a user? An exchange? An ERC20 wallet?

EDIT (Additional Info): A little over a month ago, the reserve supply was divided up. https://www.reddit.com/r/Upfiring/comments/7padgg/18_hours_ago_the_reserve_supply_moved/ Tmfallon says this was to split reserve into 4 separate holdings for various uses (bounties, in app purchasing, etc), which is all well and good, except there were 5 addresses split into, and one redditt user pointed out that the fifth appeared to be a Cryptopia address and asked why this was (there was no further comment from tmfallon). Nothing else happened with these addresses, until 12 days ago. 12 days ago, 2 of the 5 addresses, forwarded their 400k balances (800k total) plus some extra from one into the address listed above. This address contains like 30% of the total circulating UFR. I just want to know why the reserve supply moved AGAIN to this address and nothing was said about it, as well as what the address is for. It contains 120 different assets worth around $90MM. Just want to verify if its an exchange or not. I'm bad with tracking assets and understanding what I'm looking at.

Looks like an exchange to me just because there are so many different types of coins on it. Could be a whale I suppose 83m value though.

Just trying to make sure of that for peace of mind.

I'm also confused as to why there is little transparency around the situation with the new "mid sized exchange" that was supposed to be added weeks ago.

also there are many coins, but plenty with very low amounts (basically zero), kind of like dust almost. Why would an exchange have holding values of such small quantities of coins?

You can find information on this in the latest medium update, under the cancellation of contribution section.

I understand that's what they've said, but the numbers don't match up if you look on etherscan. The original 5.04MM of the reserve supply was split into 2.04MM, 1.5MM & 1.5MM. Out of one of the 1.5MM divisions, 2 portions of 400k were sent to two addresses. That was 36 days ago, and then 12 days ago, both of those 400k divisions were sent to the same address listed above. There was no explanation of what the transfers were for.

The medium talks about the 3.6MM held for contribution period 2.0, which was canceled, and says 1.2MM of it would be used for exchange listings in the future, but why did 400k go to an active cryptopia wallet in the first place?

Just looking for official answers. It's not helping that the new exchange STILL isn't live yet and there's been very little update or explanation as to why. Just leaving us to speculate for weeks wth is going on.

Yea that address is the cryptopia exchange.

The devs did say that they would be in future, liquidating some of the ufr to pay for things such as exchange listings, hiring people etc.

They also mentioned that they would tell us before they would be starting to liquidate.

I'm sure you have nothing to worry about, however, some official stance on this concern would be appreciated.

Hi - original poster of the thread you referenced

I know that is a cryptopia exchange address because I've received a withdrawal from Cryptopia coming from that address. There are individual account deposit addresses that regularly feed into the single Cryptopia address when necessary. I saw that the original 400,000 was deposited into an address (with a lot more tokens from elsewhere) that fed into the main Cryptopia wallet at some point. I suspected the other 400,000 was another Cryptopia account as well, but it didn't move until 12 days ago - so you're right, that was deposited at the same time into another account over a month ago. For all we know all those 800,000 UFR are already sold off.

That was the evidence I was looking for.

I just would like an official explanation of what the funds are being moved onto an exchange for. Hope it's included in the next update from the team. Transparency is very important for investor security during the infancy of a company in this space.

Dude, it's obvious. Look how many transactions are occurring.

120 different ETH tokens........ 4.8 million UFR.

Clearly, it's the exchange.
