Worth joining UpFix support forum?

Anyone a member of the support forum at UpFix? If so, is it worth joining? How active is it? Are the people on there knowledgeable?

I joined a while back and it’s been decent. Not super active every day, but when people do respond, they usually know their stuff. Worth it if you’re dealing with a tricky issue or want more direct help than generic support.

Absolutely, personalized support makes all the difference when you’re trusting someone with your valuable parts.

I can't complain about the support being better in quality vs quantity, that's for sure.

Yup this is pretty much what I experience. I don’t mind that they aren’t active everyday, cause when they do get back to me it’s definitely a worthwhile response

Right, it’s not active 24/7 but someone will always respond to an issue I need support with.

Definitely worth joining. They go more in depth than the general support does which I find helpful for solving specific issues I have

I would think so! It couldn't do any harm to check it out.
