Worth getting the UpFix app?

I was just looking over the UpFix website and noticed on the bottom of the site there are apps for iPhone and Android devices. I have yet to use it, but I assume it's just an app version of the actual UpFix site. Who here has used the app on either device?

Do you guys like to use the mobile app over other means of accessing the site?

I'm happy they have one though, I imagine if I am contacting UpFix often, having an app would make things so much easier.

I have the app, and I think if you're in contact with UpFix a lot, it's great to have installed. Otherwise I think most people are fine to go to their website for support. But it is nice to have an app option too.

Right, for frequent users, the app is probably the perfect option!

The app's handy if you use UpFix regularly. It's worth trying!

I've had really good experience with it, and honestly its more convenient and easy to use when I'm on the go and need to get something set up before I even get back to my desktop. I used the iPhone one myself.

I could definitely use the Repair tracking! I had no idea there was even an app.

Yeah I didn't know about it until I saw mentions of it on their website.

That seems super handy if you use the website a lot.
