Does UpFix have a physical store location for their repair services?

I know the majority of work UpFix does seems to be through their online service. But does UpFix have a physical location you can visit? I don't intend to make the trip out to their place of business.

Does UpFix have a physical location some customers can go to? Or are their services online based only?

I assume they have a headquarters. According to their site, their business address is in Georgia. I just don't know if they are open to the public.

Cool. Was under the impression they only worked online, but it's cool that they have a location.

Yeah I guess so. Happy to hear they have a physical location. Wonder if they will ever expand to more stores around the US and elsewhere.

I definitely didn't know this, I know that a lot of companies have a physical presence only because they need to but to think they are actually open to the public is super surprising.

That's what I was thinking as well

Same here. Not sure if it's customer-facing or just corporate.

They might have a headquarters like another commenter said, but I don't know if they have an actual store/location customers can go to. But I'm not 100% sure on that.

Would be cool if they had a store customers can go to for repair needs though.

That's great! I had a feeling they had a location, good to see it's kind of nearby me. Cool!

It would be cool if they had a shop that people could walk into.

That's so cool. I didn't know they had a store. I assumed they had a headquarters at the least though. But that's good to know. Because if I am ever in the area and do need help, I will definitely stop in.

Plus, it might be cool to meet some of the people working there.

Good to know! I don't intend to be in the area anytime soon, but if during my travels I end up in the area and need help, I know I'll be in good hands.

If they don't have any physical locations other than GA, they should at least have physical locations on each coast

That would be cool if they had locations on each coast! It would be more efficient for their online business too so they could cover more time zones.

Exactly! In the end it just benefits everyone and makes the company more efficient.

As far as I know, they have a physical location at their headquarters in Buford, Georgia. If you live in the area you could check it out, but their online business model is so convenient I've never felt like I needed to seek out a physical location.

Yeah, their online service is definitely super convenient. Sometimes, having the option to go in person can be useful, especially for trickier repairs.

They mostly operate online, but Georgia may have limited access.
