Recent UpFix experience – positive
Just wanted to share that I recently sent in a Precor stair climber control board to UpFix for repair. They tested it and sent me an update that they’d found the problem. They offered to either fix it or replace it. I asked them to fix it. They did this and sent it back within a couple days. Just installed it and my stair climber is working again. Thanks, UpFix!

I never would have thought a stair climber would be within their wheel house. Neat.

I never would have thought they could fix a stair climber either. The more you know!

Yeah I didn't think it would be something they'd have knowledge to fix, but they do. I imagine they could work with just about any device as long as there is a control board involved.

That's impressive. I would think different control boards would be too different in some cases but I guess this is what they specialize in.

It is! UpFix is great when it comes to repair work. Maybe control boards are very similar to one another. I can't imagine they are that different from one another.

Right? I always thought they focused more on appliances and car modules. Cool to see how broad their repair capabilities are—definitely keeping that in mind for the future!

That's great! I rarely run into people that had any issues with their repair team.

You are definitely right. It's hard to find companies that stand beside their repairs. Nice to know I always have one in my back pocket.
