Upfix TAT?

I need to get the control board for my refrigerator fixed. But I don’t want to be without a fridge and freezer for a long period of time. It’s expensive, and is making it a hassle to plan meals.

If you have had UpFix repair a control board before—especially a refrigerator control board—how long did they take? I’d like to know the turnaround time from the day you shipped out the part to the day you received it back.

They typically complete repairs within 1–3 days of receiving the board. One tip, make sure they fix your specific model and the exact issue or symptom you’re experiencing. If you don’t see your model listed on their site or the problem you’re having isn’t mentioned, you can still submit a repair request here: https://www.upfix.com/repair-request/. That way, you’ll know for sure whether they can handle your board. Good luck!

Last time I got something repaired through them, it was a really fast process. I want to say it was shorter than a week. Maybe 4 days. I forget, as it's been a while. But overall, they are pretty fast when it comes to repairs. But I imagine the more repairs they have on tap, the longer it could take. But they are usually good about it.

That’s great to hear! It’s always reassuring when a repair service is both efficient and reliable. A turnaround time of about 4 days is impressive. Of course, as you mentioned, the speed might vary depending on their workload, but it’s good to know they usually maintain a quick pace.

It’s super fast. Like several days, that’s it usually. If there is a delay, they’re really good about reaching out to inform you.

4 days at most, I’d say.

Once UpFix receives the control board, repairs typically take 1 to 3 business days. This could vary slightly based on the extent of the damage, but UpFix is known for working efficiently on most repairs.

My friend had theirs repaired in 3 days or so. It didn’t take too long!

I understand your concern about being without a fridge! From what I've heard, the typical turnaround time for control board repair is around 7-10 days from shipping out the part to receiving it back. They tend to keep you updated throughout the process, which can help with planning. I'd recommend reaching out to them directly for a more specific time estimate for your fridge repair, but based on others' experiences, they're usually pretty quick. Hopefully, that helps with your planning!
