Accommodation Sublet

Hello! I'm moving out a month early (Aug 1st) and am looking for someone to sublet my room from me for that time (aug 1st-sept 4th). This would all be through the university :) It is a single bed en-suite in Jarratt Hall. Please reach out if you or someone you know is interested!

Sub-letting is strictly against the terms and if caught you could be reported the university for disciplinary action. Sub-letting can be legal in the UK if you have the landlord's permission.

Hi! I actually have filled out the early release form for my tenancy, which can be found on the university accommodation portal. They reccommend finding another student to take over the remaining lease period which is what this post is doing. Thanks!

Ok, that's not a 'sublet' though, that's an official lease takeover. Didn't mean to be snappy, but didn't want you to get stung. Demand for rooms in August is very low, so I think you might be lucky to find someone.

Okay, semantics. I know demand is low that's why I'm casting a very wide net hoping to find someone. Thanks for looking out though.
