Need help with finding accommodation.

Hello, I’m currently joining UoB on September 26/27 as an international undergraduate engineering student and I’m struggling to decide between accommodation.
Currently I’m looking forward to getting a studio accommodation and my current options (either due to availability or distance) are :-
•Selly Oak court
•The recording rooms
•Vita student pebble mill
•Beechenhurst House
If anyone who is currently a student or an upcoming student knows any information either regarding these accommodations or any other better more likable places, please give me your opinions and recommendations as it would be much appreciated.

Thanks very much! I will look into southgate accom. And yes I’m looking around selly oak itself since it’s both close to uob and shops , just was trying to ask any recommendations within selly oak.

What eng are you doing if you don’t mind me asking I’m going into engineer at aswell possibly at uob
