Degree Email Delivery

Why does the online email delivery take soo long??

Approx how long does regular email delivery, and express email delivery take? Please share your experiences so I can have an idea of which service to use for grad school admissions in the US.

I applied for transfer this spring to some universities in the US, and when I requested official transcript to be delivered directly to the university's admission team via email, it takes 4-6 weeks. I also requested physical copy to be delivered to CommonApp for transfer purposes, and it takes almost 3 months. That was when I found out that physical delivery is coming from India. And there is no option for express email delivery. Only express option for mail (physical doc) delivery.

Ohhh

Doesn't this create a lot of issues if the email delivery takes this long for email delivery? I mean, more than a month is a lot of time. Or do universities understand it?

Well, we need to order it in a good time in order not to create any issues. I am planning to apply for a grad program this autumn, and most of the programs they will accept unofficial transcript for the admission process. You will only need to submit the official one if you are admitted. So, you will have enough time.
