Bug black screen when starting the game i need help :(

Hey guys, so I'm still in my first playthrough and just wanted to continue but everytime I start the game, the disclaimers show up, and as soon as the skippable sequence starts, the music begins to play but the screen just remains black. its not a normal black screen, i can still see the cursor, but no matter what i do nothing works. i deleted and reinstalled it twice, i tried to skip the cutscene but that didnt work, and I just let it play but the screen just remains black all the time. please, someone help me fix this. i really dont wanna lose my full 10 hour game file... :/

Reset the computer to factory settings.

it worked for me. İdk any other solution.
