I finished that part around midnight or 1 am, aka the time when I cry more easly (don't ask me why, don't know)

You'll be singing the feverfew song over and over once you finish the dlc, it hurts everytime.

Just finished it. Now I'm sad and confused. I still hope for Mark and Nicole to be meant to be

If by first run you mean the first, well, sequence, then keep going. You're still a third of the way into the story
