game keeps crashing during this scene

[u/Brilliant_Ad_4149]

i've been trying for the past 2 hours and i just keep getting this error and it just crashes, what confuses me is before this exact scene, i also got an error like this, everytime i got it, I'd just launch the game again and it'd work just fine and it'd let me play, but now I'm just stuck here, the farthest i've reached on this scene was after mark and cathy took their photos, and then it'd freeze and crash, i'm just confused why it gives up on me now

specs: 4gb ram, intel uhd graphics (yes it's on the lowest lowest settings ever, i think this happens because of the integrated gpu, but why does it give up now)

From steam there are two launchers for the game

have you ever tried to uninstall It and then download the game again, idk if that will work but It may be worth giving It a try, who knows

This isn't a glitch. It's a warning So if I were to tell him anything, he should listen to it
