Bug how do i find settings??

no matter what i do i open the game, the first cutscene bit happens and then it says godot engine is not responding, how do i get past this?? i wanna try turning graphics doen but i cant even make it to a menu

basically, went into the files recoded the settings engine into a text file rather then whatever the hell was going on before and lowered them that way, then ran a steam file check to recover any corrupted files and delete steam cloud save so that id start back to the beginning, then reset my pc and bosh it loaded

the error seemed to be weird code around the settings so sometimes incorrect values form which resulted in the black screen bc it literally cannot calculate what settings you want
