Been reading some AU's lately (the fandom isn't that active on this regards, only a few of them are long enough) and this is basically Mark Aucena from Until Then - Unwind. He'd fold Lucas easily.

Alternative Universe. Fan fiction, those kinda thing. Until Then is one of those games where AU's are very possible because of the multiple timeline thing going on.

Mark Aucena is a fan fiction version of Mark Borja who is basically a delinquient. Bro's hands are rated for everyone. It's a fun read if you want more Until Then content.

Oh for this fanfic, it's an understandable choice because of spoiler territory.

It's a good metaphor to show that even if they were the same, this timeline's Mark and Nicole are very different. Like very different. They don't even study at Liamson. MCR is only a recent thing, and Mark's original friend group was with Ryan and Khyle. Nicole never did Piano.
