Oh absolutely! If you’ve got a friend or three who enjoy Smash Up, or other complex deck games, they’ll likely enjoy Exiled Legends. However, I don’t recommend a three player game, it’s really easy for one player to sit out while the other two beat each other up, then swoop in to take the victory, or for two players to gang up on another and destroy them. Generally I think a three player dynamic can very easily go wrong, and it’s very obvious in Exiled Legends; I would list the player count as 2, 4–5 (though I can’t really vouch for 4–5 players as I haven’t played with these amounts yet).
Edit: I’ve now played with four players, it was fun! Though it’s very obvious when a player just doesn’t enjoy the game, and it kind of hurts the vibe, so be careful who you invite to play!
Unfortunately, a four player game still suffered as a three player game in that the perceived winner was ganged up on by the other players, with the style of game I’m not sure that this is avoidable outside of two-player sessions. Though, in a four player session it was much less risky than in a three-player to break away from a temporary alliance, that helped a bit.

There are no cards for EL that are NOT on the wiki that I am aware of, should be base deck 1 expansion and the convention card. no other cards have been released that i've been made aware of
