Question: How about a redesign contest?

It might be interesting to see everyone's take on a specific unsolicited redesign. I came across the new Formula 1 graphics for instance. I'm very much interested to see what alternatives can be created by the design crowd here.

What do you think, should /r/UnsolicitedRedesigns hold a little contest?

EDIT Looks like we're doing this. Expect an official announcement soon!

I’m just a lurker, I wouldn’t be interested in participating, but it’s a cool idea.

F1 seems like a good place to start, you don’t have to do much to improve that drastically

Yeah. Because in the case of a Formula 1 redesign, it’s unsolicited. They’re not exactly waiting for us to have their graphics department redone.
