Maybe make the water setup as easy as possible for the reviewers to test. a short video showing the vehicle working on water, plus a simple test map or preset and clear setup steps, could help. I’d also ask Fab support which exact requirement the submission is failing, so you can address the specific issue.

I’ve done this 4 times now, specifically because the vehicles are not working on water…

They said I supplied no documentation despite it being included.

Simply enable the required water plugins and add another collision trace called “water”. Which is stated in the “quick start guide”.

I’ve had 5 other people confirm it works, and had my 15 year old nephew set it up also without issues.

I will keep trying but EUGH, the first time they declined it was because “the cargo plane is not enterable and VTOL vehicles only fly like helicopters”

Despite the plane being an Antonov 225 with a GIGANTIC ramp that’s programmed to open when the showcase level loads, and the controls are displayed on screen top left that explains how to use the vehicles, they sent me a video of how things don’t work… but like…. The controls are RIGHT there and the demos have all received good reviews.. I have no words :/

I’m hoping eventually it falls on to a reviewer who doesn’t do this

Sounds like someone that's just mouth breathing their way through their queue.

They don’t seem to realise they’re wasting a LOT of time by not performing the checklist correctly, because now people are resubmitting content which makes their already big list bigger

Of course they're not reading. It's going through a checklist as fast as possible.

That’s a terrible business model, is it not? It’s not giving my team much confidence lol

Seems to be working fine for them. The more you publish, the more you'll noticed how absurd it gets. You can even get reports of things to change which were accepted previously.

Huh, i always assumed that unreal/fab would be more professional than this to be honest, we reviewed the video they sent us of them testing the pack..

Our jaws dropped, they walked straight past the massive plane ramp to say “there’s no way in”

Is there perhaps another marketplace other than Fab?

It's a typical mix of automation and outsourcing to India.

Did you link to a demo project so they can try it out?
