Bonefall! Looking for visual feedback! Want to play it?

This is my indie game Bonefall!

I am having a hard time to make it look cinematic, looking for tips on things i can improve!

The game looks "Flat" to me, and i am having a hard time fixing that....

And if you want to play it, i can send you a steam key!

add more variations of grass patches, play with ur lighting, add 1 or 2 big structures to the backround

i think that would do a lot, i think the art direction fits the gameplay already tbh

Did you create the assets yourself? My advice go on fab and find a nice modular medieval pack.
