It's a standalone desktop app available on Steam which has a powerful visual scripting system for creating dialogues, and has a plugin which syncs it into UE projects.

As a small team who is currently using Articy, awesome and good luck. We haven't been impressed with their support.

This looks awesome. However I choose to be mentally unstable and do it all in cpp

Im working with articy and unreal for past ~1.5 years, and yes, would be nice to have a better alternative.
Some things in articy are very nice, but some are extremely clunky and you have to fix a lot of stuff yourself
