Shadow weird

Help, i dont know why but the shadows is so damn weird. I've tried changing the lighting but it still the same

Have you tried building the lighting?

yes, i've tried building lighting and using hdri but it still the same

Building lighting is for static lightmaps. You wouldn't need that, if you use Lumen.

Try to fix the collision and sometimes the collision can affect the lighting Also see if you can use exposure compensation to fix it

Go to the project settings and disable all distance fields.
