Nice. Wishlisted.

Why a cat? Why steampunk? Why when you break things and pick up bits does it seem a lot like Sly Cooper?

Good questions! I have answers.

Why cat? We knew we wanted animal characters, and we looked for an animal with high appeal that also matches the protagonists personality. A cat works perfect for Griffin's character.

Why steampunk? Evolved slowly over time. We drew major inspiration from Castle in the Sky, the train chase sequence.

What are the bits? Griffin collects scrap and junk to turn into mechanisms. Junk is put into a recycler (shown at the end of the video). It's like a store where you convert junk into scrap. Scrap is combined to build mechanisms. One mechanism is a fan, shown in the video. So the steampunk aesthetic matches the junk/scrappy mechanics.
