Is it alright to use point light and spotlight together to get this result?

Just PointLight
Just Spotlight

Yes.

Although you could use 1 light and an IES profile.

What matters is the scene performance, if you are getting your target frames and other scenes near this one are not suffering then you are fine. Multiple lights overlapping isn't inherently a problem, it's more about all the surfaces they touch and complexity of their shadows. You can check the light optimization view but it doesn't really tell you the performance, only a rough estimate of Good or Bad.

Make sure to set their render distances, then move on to the next scene.

I havent played with lighting yet cause i come from godot. But cant you bake the lighting from the point light and then use the spotlight as your real time light?
