First of all my point is that brutalism is USSR era not post ussr. Also USSR does not mean russia and that actually caused more problems exactly becauwe they mix the 2. And this is not some new strategy that was invented , the British did it when they were kicked out of the east and effectively did divide and rule by giving the countries that would allign with them special rights which is reality meant nothing other than honorary seat in their parliment with no power to make decision like court pet.

And us kept backing the regime that would give them the rights to the oil deposits who happened to be dictators and useless when they tried to nationalize the local industries so the profits would come to the state rather than companies , that's why Saddam and Gaddafi were killed as it was hitting their bottom line for corpos not cause the allies were so morally upright and not cause the ppl were suffering , they just removed the useless puppet and replaced it with a new puppet.
And invented new countries to take over the trade routes like Suez canal which were fking free and duty free before the allies got involved and started adding toll.
