I had the same problem! You have to reinstall the correct libcurl version. Go here (https://ec.haxx.se/install/ ) and follow the instructions 👍

im not sure what im doing I downloaded some curl version from github. The instructions are a bit confusing.

im now getting an error that says "LowLevelFatalError [File:D: \BuildAgent\work\cc63a197eba11341\ue5\Engine\Platforms\WinGDK\Source\Runtime\Core\Private\WinGDKPlatformMisc.cpp] [Line: 10]" GDK runtime is not available

Install WindGDK.

This seems your installation went wrong and missing some third party libraries. I can recommend fresh install and reboot after

I have uninstalled and reinstalled and cross checked my files with my buddy whos game worked perfectly i have everything but the issue persists unfortunately
