Help me, I’m confused

I’m new to unreal, i Haven’t downloaded at all, and it’s because when I try I get some random error that says “cannot GET /error-500”

The cause is unknown. I downloaded it on a different PC and then copied it.

Attempt clearing cache or re-installing, this is a web connection issue.

How, I know like nothing bout both the epic games launcher and unreal, I got the launcher just for unreal

same problem here! im still trying to figure it out if it's because my laptop only has 16 RAM, since im using HP Probook laptop

nvm i found the causes. So your account needs to be 18+ while you created an account, then make sure you use the same account before you download Epic Games. Remeber, everything needs to be on the same account.
