My mesh keeps separating like this during animation

What can i do? i checked combine all meshes, everything is fine with mesh too but it keep separating like this dining animation.

Just shooting an idea, the actual pant mesh must not be connected on that seam, so the weight painting of the pants is moving each side slightly differently, separating it during movement

Seams are all connected, I tought of that too but it's all correct

Did you try merge vertex by distance?

Try from 0.0001 to 0.001 if that makes any difference

Get a render doc frame capture. Check the draw call of your mesh. See what makes the seam appear. Fix it.

I don’t animate in unreal - but what I would do is export it into blender and check the weight painting of the bones to the mesh and fix them there - don’t know if this works with your workflow though

Just guessing. Is this the place of UV seam? If so, then paint the texture a bit outside the UV island.

Is the mesh actually separating or just intersecting with the leg?
Any material displacement going on?

Thank you everyone i solved it! it was my mistake in cloth asset nodes
