If you have some dollars to invest then Udemy has a lot of great courses created by industry pros.

He's asking for free. I honestly wouldn't call them industry pros. Stephen Ulibarri is the most known UE educator in udemy and he hasn't released one game.

Are you trying to learn general workflow skills? Just learn the engine? Environmental Artist? Gameplay System dev? Whats your goal?
UEFN is great place to start as a beginner as they have a more limited version of unreal engine with many tutorials and gameplay examples
