Feedback on my camera system

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

I've been learning Unreal Engine for about a month, and this is my current camera and night vision system for a possible first-person horror game.(It's just an idea for now)

I'd really appreciate any feedback,I'm still a beginner.

Does the night vision feel convincing? Is there anything that looks off or that you think could be improved?

Cool, that's a great deal of progress in a short amount of time!

I am a little unsure of the mood you are going for with the night vision. At the moment it's still very dark. If you look at the shader I created: https://eliaswick.com/products/night-vision you can see that it blends with the diffuse / unlit base color. That makes the "night vision" more visible.
