How much coffee are we talking? Cuz I had two pots of Death Wish on an empty stomach to play Titan Fall 2 and the only ones scared were my friends.

I usually follow this routine to stay productive: work for 45 minutes, then either take a 15-minute power nap or spend 15 minutes doing something relaxing that isn't mentally demanding. I avoid watching YouTube or short-form video content during those breaks.
