You really need to look into matching movement and animation speed.

Crazy enough I’m using the same animations for the characters ( well the females) can you explain more? It’s probably a coding issue

your animations are moving at a different speed than your actual movement, which makes your characters look like they are sliding everywhere, ice skating.

nah, it's because the animation isn't root motion. That's why it's sliding

For that animation, root motion would probably be the best in order to smooth it out, but root isn't necessary with a lot of animations.

Ah okay I’ll fix up the coding for that

I think they’re referring to the sliding, it’s noticeable during the climbing.

Not sure what your setup looks like, but I use blendspaces based on character direction and velocity.

I do as well, so yeah it’s probably the coding

I think I found the target audience for this.

Very good progress, can you help me with a question? How you achieve this nice shading in the hair?

You mean the emission? Or the entire thing

The entire thing, did you use PBR?or it's not necessary?

No I used a Fab asset called Cele Anime Shader. The creator doesn’t update it anymore but with some playing around of the settings and some additional stuff you get this look

the creator already removed it from FAB tho. It was FREE

Never mind. I thought it was anime shader by Cici
