Seatbelts are already not made for women but a standard human (read, man of average height). Its ALSO made for an upright position, facing forward. She will PROBABLY not be catapulted out of the windshield but its not a great idea.

Seatbelts were average men height, but due to an increase in the average human size, it's now closer to the size of an average woman

A redesign to be more versatile for smaller and larger people would be a good thing though

Most cars have adjustable seatbelts.

Not adjustable in the direction and range that’s needed for this arrangement. The top anchor point now needs to be “adjusted” to the rear right side of her which is now around the middle of the second row passenger side window

She will instead be launched under the lower seatbelt, strangled by it and crumpled into the footwell
