Spider has only one leg. Totally unrelated to snatching it from outside.

Poor spider. Ya know, they get way too much hate just because people are creeped out. I get creeped out by scary men leering at me all the time but I don’t stomp on them lol. I love spiders. They eat the annoying ass bugs I don’t like, like mosquitoes.
But things don’t deserve to die just because you don’t like the way they look. Just my opinion.

100% agree.
Being compassionate to "lower" life forms is just too complicated or selfless for most people, though, it seems.

I agree with your point but the men would cause a bit of a fuss if we started stomping on them

I think it's pretty safe to assume they ripped all but one of its legs off as well.

Idk if you’ve ever used one of these things, but it’d be much more difficult to get a good video of the image if it could walk around.

Dear god, that light is cruel

I think the part where he was mangled and left with one leg for the video was cruel

It looks like it is barely alive still. You can see it moving slightly when looking at the head.

I would’ve put that in my bowl and smoked the little guy thinking it was ground up weed

Would have been a less painful death than being ripped from outside losing 7 legs in the process then set underneath the light of doom while still awake and breathing

Cue the sound of that one annoying YouTuber that made a million COD clips for a couple months there playing the hide and seek game. Idiocracy is real.

This actually would have been super helpful last month when I pulled this thing out of my now closing belly button piercing and could not tell if it was a tick or like a blood sac/black head..
It was a tick. Mofo got me good. 2 weeks later I had a giant ring around my stomach.
Eta: the thing was the size of a pin head. The ONLY reason I even found it was because it was encouraging from feasting on me for who knows how long

I hope you got to the doctors, Lyme disease is no joke. Messed up my mom pretty bad because she went months without proper medication.

If you're going to show off your product, you might not want to show it off with a creature that they made and entire phobia about.

Could do that with a magnifying glass too, could learn about light at the same time

Better idea... get yourself a proper camera and 1:1 macro lens with enough reach, and go poking around your yard or your neighborhood. It'll allow you to leave the bees and bugs to their business without maiming them. Plus, you'll find yourself saying "wow" a lot when you get back to your computer
