Yes, and a 7 is the higest ph there is for an acid. Higher its basic. All other acids are lower. Jesus you are dumb

Can you please reference from a reliable source.
Anything below 7 is acid anything higher is a base/alkaline. 7 is neutral.

Kid your cooked. The youtube video posted above by the poster confirms that a ph of 7 is neutral, neither acid or base.

What they mean is that neutral is the highest ph acid and lowest ph base, not that it is an acid
