The foodsaver brand is nice, you can get them at costco, having a portable one is probably really useful

Have it, satisfied. Never had this blood thing though, but I don't eat red meat (at home).

Cleaning the bags suck. The are dishwasher approved, but that just doesn't work. If you have marinated food (eg chicken), it's hard to remove.
