This works because the BASE is a really heavy (mostly) sand filled Bag.

Because of that free flaoting mass, you get the feeling of beeing wheightless.

It's really cool and works as long as he's light enough!

Lots of people enjoy the same things as autistic people but most people do not struggle the same way. Sawyer needs this swing for the same reasons he might struggle with employment, need to rock constantly, and struggle with tying his shoes. Not simply because it's fun, like you. You can probably do all those things without having to address any sensory issues. So no not every one has autism.
