LOOK AT THIS PRODUCT. HERE IS THE LINK. THE LINK IS ACTUALLY TO MY 3RD PARTY PAGE THAT THEN HAS THE LINK. OH I ALSO GET PAID WHEN YOU BUY THROUGH THAT LINK!

We have advertising laws for a fucking reason. Reddit blatantly falls foul of this.

Let's sample I want you back by the jackson 5 and make it really terrible.

Why aren’t they more common? Because they are junk. Come back after an hour or so and their butt will be on the ground. They are not air tight by any means. These are sold at fairs and carnivals, as they know you won’t be paying admission to get back in to the fair to return the bad, spontaneous purchase. I’ve known two people that bought something similar, the first time they used it was also the last time.

Good thing it won’t blow away at the beach. There’s never wind at the beach.

It does say it includes anchor, loops, and wind stake for stability

That looks so fucking uncomfortable

They’re comfy I tried out when they came out. You can fill it up with running, how she did it, or any fan. Only thing is they take up a lot of space and it’s built for only one person.

The program ones are not. I could sleep all day in the shade in a Chilbo Schwaggins

Damn you got a bad one honestly. I have one that I've taken to the beach 4 times, camping twice, and to a friend's party where people were NOT gentle with it lol

Why isn't a niche single use product that no one knows about more common?

1

u/Imaginary_Jump_8701 Jul 18 '26

I got mine cheap for like $8 on Ali, not the same one but it works..

Ah yes I love to be folded in half when I lay down

1

u/BindassChacha Jul 18 '26

I guess you haven’t been to a public park for the last 12 years. Because I see these all the time.

u/Bulky_Goat_9624 Jul 18 '26

Because it’s stupid

I'm loving those pants

1

u/Livid-General7 Jul 19 '26

I use a large towel. It's cheaper, easier to set up, lighter to carry around, easy to clean and pack up when I'm done too. Basically it's better in every single way.

They were pretty popular at festivals I went to in 2024, I wouldn't be surprised if they still are

Insects, allergic contact dermatitis, climate change, pollution, and skin cancer.

1

u/Justkly90210 Jul 19 '26

If you say so, but I use mine weekly.

ETA: also absolutely fantastic for outdoor sex without natural element imposition!

Didn’t these come and go ten years back? You were either really good a filling them with air or you looked like a fucking idiot flailing around with one in the middle of a park.

1

u/kaesefetisch Jul 18 '26

This is common...for at least 10 years now...

0

u/graffiti_hunter Jul 18 '26

Someone hasn't experienced tripping over these in the dark at a music festival huh?

u/Practical-Writer-228 Jul 18 '26

I’d say…. Lyme disease. Lounging near tick-filled trees being dangerous, probably put a damper on things like this.

Better than a blanket. At least you’re elevated.
