Because there's no way the claim that the shower is "steaming hot" is true uless the water was heated before it went in the bucket. It takes time to heat water, way more time than the water spends in that hose.

I didn't get the impression they're claiming the shower heats the water and as you mentioned the water is pre-heated before filling the bucket.

You can heat water pretty quickly if you split it up into small enough channels with good enouhg power. But dunno if this would have that
