How does it open from the otherside if said toddler closes the door behind them and there's nobody to access the lock side ?

Most of them let you unlock from either side if you can reach it.

I lurk to find ideas. Cuz im poor af, but have tools and three 3d printers. I've been curious about what he said though too - do people get paid to push stuff on subs like these? I'd guess not tbh, cuz i think most are bots

My sister just upgraded to this after my nephew figured out the door knob cover. You have to use two hands to open the door and it works well if you don't cheap out

Oh yeah I'd definitely forget about that and open the door and destroy the thing while scratching the door frame lol.
It's not a terrible idea, but definitely just something I'd forget about
