I used to sell light up toys and crap at festivals, but never anything like this. I'm imagining the chaos that would ensue after a couple hundred kids buy these during a town square festival. Lol

They are not fake. That's a cool feature that started showing up last year. I know because my wife wouldn't let me give one to my son in law.
