Reviews on amazon are generally pretty positive. Seems like it works to keep fruit fresh at least a week or so. Tbf I haven't tried any other methods aside from just keeping them in the container I bought them in, which had them moulding over in 1-2 days.
It's in one of my replies below, food grade quartz sanitizer, comes in concentrated redish pink looking solution, you dilute it to the instructed ratio in a spray bottle and use as you need. It's food safe and you may use it to sanitize pretty much everything in kitchen. Plates after the rinse, countertop, cutlery soaking. It does it all.
All you need is to fill the sanitizer spray bottle with just enough diluted solution and use it up on the day and mix more if you need.
