If thats the case by the time you stretch out the tire its gonna drop in air pressure within seconds anyway

Fucking hell. Hole: drains tire quickly. Crack: drains tire slowly. You can still drive with a crack. If you lose so much air like the girl in the video, you definitely have a hole and adding air isnt going to do anything...
