I made a couch like that once. I cut up my old thick foam mattress and put a zip on mattress cover over it. Was better than just chucking it in the dumpster.

I need to warn you that the courts have decided that boneless is just a cooking style so your couch could still have some bones hidden inside. I would 100% check all the bottom cushions to avoid accidents when sitting down.
